PROSPECTUS

• You can apply under OPEN seat category or Management category. The Open seat, merit seats are decided by the University ranking system.
• You must register online under Calicut university admission portal and create a CAP ID for both categories.
• While creating CAP ID you must choose Bharathamatha College as your first choice.
• The Management seats will be decided based on the cut off marks and the number of applicants.
• To gain admission under management seat or merit seat, you must also personally apply in the college application form with the prescribed registration fee with all necessary information.
• There might be an entrance test conducted for the students applying under management seats to assess their academic standing at the discretion of the Principal.
• The Management admissions will begin in April / May at the publication of Plus Two result.

• Complete the application form online and take a printout or come to the office to fill out.
• Bring the necessary documents Photocopy to be submitted with the application
• Attach a Photo copy of your Plus Two marks sheet along with the application form.
• Come to college for personal interview. See calendar of admissions for details.
• You will be informed without delay about the selection.

• Contact the college office – to get your File ready with:

                                   Admission form

                                   University registration form – CAP ID

                                   Marks sheet, TC & CC

                                   Fee receipt etc.

• Pay the Admission fee; Uniform fee & First- Semester fee
• Collect rules and regulations sheet; read carefully.
• Meet the principal – Bring all documents; sign documents in front of the Principal
• Submit the following original documents: (Admission will not be complete without original documents)

                                 Original documents of SSLC: Plus Two; TC; 

                                 &Conduct certificate.

                                 Bring migration certificate (if from another state or board);

                                 Bring Four Passport size Photos

• Attend Parent meeting for questions and Clarifications
